フォレストデール ホテル

「I was flying into Birmingham airport and going to stay here since I was still a few hours from home. I booked the room two months in advance. My original landing time was 6pm. My flight got delayed and I immediately called the hotel and talked with a lady at the front desk. I told her that my flight was delayed and I would be a late arrival, please don’t give my room away. She looked up my reservation and told me it was no big deal and that she would put a note on my booking. She asked me what...

「Lost all power to receptacles lamps in the bedroom and lamps in the living room and all I was told we turned in a work order. I thought that was pretty sorry.」

「The beds were great as usual. The breakfast was mediocre as everything was either over cooked or extremely undercooked.」

「古かったです。レセプションの方はフレンドリーでよかった。」

「チェックインの対応も良く、部屋もきれいに清掃されていた。翌朝の出発時間が早朝だったため、デポジット（現金）の返金に手間取った！」

「There wasnt anything to like about this hotel. Our first room smelled badly and the ac didn't work. They moved us to another room. In this room, the bathroom sink leaked heavily. The floor would get flooded. The bath tub did not drain. Took shower in a puddle. They moved us to a third room. Here too, the ac didn't work properly . Thermostat didn't function properly. The bsthroom in the lobby was filthy. Overall, a terrible experience. Oh, the breakfast was poor, unhealthy, and extremely...

「Refrigerator was really old and scratched up and rusted and would freeze anything in it. Microwave was so old I would be afraid to use it. If you opened the fridge both it and the microwave would almost fall over. No hand soaps at the sink that was outside of the bathroom. Was given a bottle of body wash when I asked for it. Air unit did not work right and the buttons were broken so you couldn’t adjust. Pillows were small square couch pillow size that had the pillowcase wrapped around twice....

「The staff was very welcoming and the room was well maintained and fully stocked.」

「Great room design.」
