"Spa wasn’t open because of being short staffed (can’t be helped not a big deal) Hot tube was too cold not enjoyable. Was no coffee in the room. Had tea and decaf but no coffee. Was also told to bring towels back up to room after the pool to carry on using as they were low on towels. Had dinner there food was really good. However the staff member was rude. I had asked for a drinks menu she told me it’s on the website honestly thought she was joking she was not. I googled it after a few minutes I couldn’t find it. She came over asked if we knew what we wanted to drink yet. I answered I’m struggling to find the menu and she just said I will come back then. Could have just helped and told us what was on the menu. Also, the shower water in the room gave me a reaction didn’t have this problem in the showers at the pool. No idea why but concerning Overall, wasn’t exactly relaxing or that enjoyable. "

"Rooms were emaculately clean. Didnt book breakfast as thought £16.50 each bit pricey and then £13.50 parking a big much. Z biv issue we had is tgat aircon would not go to lower temp stuck on 25 so wife was hot all night and dudnt sleep that well"

"Large upgraded room overlooking the lake, massive bed, bathroom a bit tired..great breakfast and amazing grounds and church"

"Bathroom cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, the holder for the shampoos a d shower gel was completely filthy in the parts you can’t see, behind the bottles and under the floor drain is also very dirty "
