「Honestly could not fault this place at all. Staff very welcoming and attentive. If things were not available in your room they would be more than happy to help and provide eg. Iron and Iron Board. The breakfast was amazing and the fresh pastel del nata was even better than what I’ve had in Portugal! 10/10 recommend 」

「Our rooms looked nothing like the photo’s on here. The carpets had huge stains on them and the furniture was dated and beat up. Our window would not open and the frame was rotting. Our bathroom was dark and the shower would sporadically turn burning hot to freezing cold. The women’s toilets in the bar area had multiple out of order signs on the doors and the one I was able to use had a huge hole in the wall where tiles were missing and broken. 「一番カジュアルな料金の部屋を予約しました。 コロナ対策は厳重で、チェックインは対面ではなくＷｅｂシステムを利用します。 部屋は清潔に保たれており、イギリスのこうしたホテルとしては珍しく電子レンジや冷蔵庫があって大変便利です。 周辺にスーパーが多かったので重宝しました。 チェックアウトに関しても若干融通を利かせてくれるのがありがたかったです。 ただ、一番小さい部屋は、換気が悪いのか、かなりカビ臭く、喘息持ちの自分はちょっと耐えられませんでした。 換気のいい部屋は追加料金だったので、この点だけが残念です。」

「Super high quality hotel! If you plan to travel for Newmarket horse racing, this hotel must be the best choice. In the hotel, they have a wonderful warm swimming pool and jacuzzi. My husband and I enjoyed them after watching horse races. Although it was a very expensive hotel, we enjoyed very much our life in Newmarket.」

「Bed was comfortable, toilet wouldn’t fill for the first day, music made the room vibrate till 11.30pm. Not a a complaint, some people might like that, so just saying. Won’t be returning myself.」
