"The floor in the bathroom was filthy. The man at the front desk didn't care. He also gave us a room that did not have a king bed and it took me forever to get him to fix it. Also not a good location. I didn't feel safe going out at night."

"Only one staff was rude but everyone else was great. Ro checked me in but gave me an attitude when I asked questions regarding the receipt. I wanted to clearly understand how the receipt shows since it was for business trip. And when I checked out, I ended up not receiving the receipt via email. So, overall it kind of sucked. Tan was awesome though! Great service and printed a paper out for me. "

"There are so many great things about this rental. 1. Location - easy highway access, nearby restaurants, gas stations, grocery. Backs beautifully to the mountain. Feels like an oasis, walls make for great privacy. 2. Gorgeous - really just a beautiful home inside and out. New furnishing, beautiful back windows, new just about everything and CLEAN! Even better than photos. 3. Comfort and space - beds, pillows, sheets, seating, living room, outside patio and lounging chairs all extremely comfortable. My favorite part was the soft, fuzzy blakets on beds and in the living room. Just adds so much coziness! We had 5 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone and plenty of room for more!4. Communication, ease - everything was simple, easy to follow which makes the experience so much better. This is my fourth trip for spring training and this was by far my favorite. Only recommendation would be to crank the hot water heater up just a little. Not an issue but just a preference. "

"The room was DIRTY , bed made up but sheets were dirty and there was a roach in it. I SLEPT THE FIRST NIGHT IN MY RENTAL CAR. As a matter of fact there were roaches everywhere, tub, toilet, walls, sink, table, stove, trash cans, floor, there was trash under the bed from whoever stayed there before me, floor was dirty like it hadn't been mopped in God knows when. THE Outside looks great, NO ELEVATOR, I WAS ON THE 3RD FLOOR. SMELL OF MARIJUANA AND CIGARETTES. The GM Alexander told me that was the last room. I told him IT DIDN'T LOOK ANYTHING like the site pics. He said the premiums look like that. WT???? If I can give it a negative -5 ⭐ I would. THIS PLACE IS THE REAL DEFINITION OF ROACH HOTEL... TOOK PICTURES OF THE WHOLE ROOM AND THE ROACHES EVERYWHERE. "

"Everything about the house, backyard and the neighborhood was perfect. View of mountains was spectacular! Close to grocery store, restaurants, etc. Very clean, nicely decorated and very accommodating! We enjoyed staying there."

"The house was perfect for our family who was traveling for my teenage sons to play in a golf tournament in Mesa. The accommodations were so thoughtful and the outdoor space provided a wonderful place have fun…plus rest and relax. The house must have been good luck since one of my sons won the tournament! "
