"We had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was a major issue from the moment we arrived. After just 10 minutes of walking around the room, our daughter’s feet were completely black from the floors. The bathroom was also dirty and had a strong odor that smelled like vomit. I brought this to the front desk’s attention and asked if someone could come clean it. They said they would, but the issue clearly wasn’t resolved. Later that day, our daughter spilled some water on the floor, and when we wiped it up with a clean white towel, it turned black—showing just how dirty the floors still were. When I followed up, I spoke with the front desk manager, Chuck, who did not seem to take the issue seriously. He interrupted me multiple times while I was trying to explain the situation and ultimately hung up on me mid-sentence. This level of customer service was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The pool was another letdown. It was so cold that our daughter refused to go in, which was disappointing since that was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Lastly, the continental breakfast was very underwhelming, with limited and unappealing options. Overall, this stay did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness or customer service, especially when traveling with a young child. I would not stay here again."
