「Check in was easy and done remotely via phone. The host did not charge us until check until check in day which I appreciated. The apartment was very spotless. Location is on the quieter side of Trastevere very close to a nice cafe called Caffè Settimiano and the Ponte Sisto for walking trips. There were a couple of hiccups with the smoke detector and heating system (our mid November arrival) upon arrival, but our host Ekaterina was very prompt and accessible, and resolved issues immediately...

「Fantastic stay in Trastavere. Apartment was clean and spacious. Lots of room for whole family to have their own space. Beautiful balcony with views. Centrally located and easy to get to all major attractions within 20min. Lively night life but apartment was quiet with windows closed. AC worked well. Best part is Rafaella was always available with quick responses. Very professional and helpful. Will stay here again next time we are back in Rome!」

「The apartment was in a great location with a 10-minute walk straight down the street to the Colosseum at the end. We also met our tours and ate at restaurants nearby. I would like to add that while all three bedrooms were cool if we kept our doors closed, we were disappointed that the kitchen area did not have an a/c unit nor did the terrace. It was 98 degrees F. the week we were there in July. Also, the refrigerator was more of a cooler than a refrigerator. Other than those minor...
