We loved our stay! Everyone slept so well! It was a relaxing weekend with family for my birthday! Very clean and just as pretty as the pictures! Breakfast on the screen porch was priceless! We didn't want to leave!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this tree house in Folly Beach! The host was so accommodating and was great with checking in before and during our trip to make sure everything was perfect. The house was beautiful, clean and close to the beach. Do not think twice about booking your stay here!

Absolutely great property and location right across from the beach access for our two week stay at Folly. My two year son, wife, mom and dogs all stayed with more than enough space. The owners were fantastic in checking in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We will be back!

Stunning and Well Appointed

This stay was WONDERFUL. I don’t have a single negative comment on this property. It was extremely clean and organized, smelled heavenly, was a great size for our group yet still cozy, and was beautifully designed and decorated. I would choose to stay here over and over given the quality, price, and location. The host was also exceptional with communication!

Great property

This was a great house! If you’re staying on Folly, I would definitely recommend. Close proximity, nice bike ride to shops or the lighthouse in the other direction. My two favorite things about this house was that it was very peaceful and the bed was very comfortable. It was a very relaxing stay. The owners were also very nice and easy to work with.

Great stay!

Loved this location! House was very clean and owner was very responsive! Only issue we had was the shower in the upstairs bathroom didn’t work but there were 2 other showers so we we’re fine. When I told the owner upon checkout, she said she was getting a plumber out there that day. So close to the beach too! Highly recommend this place to stay.

Lovely Folly Beach House

We have been coming to Folly Beach for years. This house was one of the best by far. It gets amazing sunlight. Tara is an attentive host and has thought of every detail to make the stay comfortable. There are two easy options for beach access just a short walk from the house. I have never rented the same house twice on Folly Beach, but might just make an exception next summer if Tara is not fully booked.

Perfect Folly beach house

The house is amazing and Tara was very welcoming! The décor was so cozy and really gave it a homey feel. We arrived to a super clean house that smelled like brand new. The house is conveniently equipped with all you need, including beach chairs, surfboards, etc. The location is prime, across the street from the beach. The vibe overall is terrific. We recommend this house at a heartbeat and cannot wait to be able to go back. Thank you, Tara for sharing your beautiful home with our family.

A wonderful home, a wonderful find!!

We so enjoyed our time at the Boho retreat. The beds are super comfortable; the main living area is inviting. The outdoor space offers so many options. We spent many hours reading in the yard on comfortable Adirondack chairs or on the side porch. Also had wonderful meals on the screened porch which is a nice addition. Access to the beach is just across the street! The third floor guest suite is a wonderful options for visitors too. Look forward to returning in January for a month. Ellen & Michael

Folly trip

Overall, the property met our needs, particularly those of our grandkids and dog. Traffic was busy, but access to the beach was easy and virtually private. Tara was quick to respond to concerns. The deck gas pit was lovely in the evenings. We cooked a good bit d/t COVID-more kitchen supplies and dishes would have been a plus.

Perfection on Folly

This was such an amazing property. It couldn’t be cuter. It is well stocked with all you need. Beds are comfortable, air works well. The house became a big star of the trip as we had an overcast, windy week and spent a lot of time inside. We were comfortable and happy and our group of 7 fit well. The screened in porch was a favorite hangout spot. Beach access is just three houses over and across the street, very close! I have been coming to Folly every year for 10 years and this property is by far my favorite!

A great getaway

We loved our stay in this wonderful house. It's a very short walk to the beach, there is a tire swing and a tree swing outside and the kids loved that. Everything that you need for the kitchen is there. We will look forward to staying here again next year!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We absolutely loved this beach house on Folly. Perfectly clean and comfortable and fit my family of 6 and small pups just right. Everyone had enough space to have some privacy but was also perfect to gather. The beach is a super short walk. The decor was a perfect match for us and we started calling it OUR beach house hahaha! We will definitely be back and for longer next time. The hosts did an excellent job!

We loved staying at the Folly Beach Tree House! It was a very comfortable stay for 6 adults. The house had everything we needed for our stay. And we loved the very short walk to the beach and the convenience to Charleston! We would definitely stay again!

Lovely house and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was adorable, full of everything we needed to feel at home and walking distance to the beach. We also rented a golf cart so were able to drive to the Center St. to shop and eat. We will be back!

Adorable with great amenities!

Perfect house to celebrate our daughter's graduation! Hosts are attentive to detail and communicate well. Fire pit, grill, beach toys, games and swings (indoor and outdoor) along with pleasing decor are extras that make this rental stand out. Easily fits 4-5 guest cars. Would rent again if we return to Folly in the future.

Treehouse

The treehouse was a perfect retreat for our family! There was plenty of room for all us to be together and also have the space for some quiet time if needed. The boho theme was charming and the feeling of being in a treehouse put us all in a great frame of mind. Great vacation and great vacation home!

Our Happy Place

We love the BoHo retreat. The house is so bright and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped; the beds are excellent. The “treehouse” guest room and bath are perfect for visitors too. Looking forward to another visit soon!
