No one came to clean our room the entire stay which was ok but I did ask the Fri t desk for towels to be delivered but it was not. It was no problem reusing the towels but I would expect if you made a request at the front desk for towels they would be delivered."

"I would’ve gave it less stars than I did but the beach access was wonderful. However, there’s two flights of stairs that you have to go up and down if you do not get put on the third floor, no elevators no ramps. Housekeeping does not check daily to see if you need anything."

"The carpet in our room was wet, so it left a musty smell when the AC was off. The room had only two small lamps, and one was missing the bulb when we checked in. At check-in, the receipt I signed had a lower rate than what I paid on Expedia. Also, there was a $17 parking charge."

"Friendly staff and a nice overall atmosphere. The service was welcoming and made the stay pleasant. However, the shower was very dirty, which was disappointing and took away from the experience. With better attention to cleanliness, this place could be much better. I also wish we had been informed ahead of time about the construction at the beach, as we weren’t able to enjoy it on Saturday and Sunday because of the work being done."
