「Somehow hampton Inn charged me $722 even though i did the reservation with klarna payments. Hotel told me that somehow my initial e card associated with my reservation with hotel.com via klarna payment got switched from e card to my debit card and my debit card was charged $722 which should not have happened, therefore $722 that shouldn't have been taken out of my bank account was and now my bank account is messed up and i have to try and fix it with my bank. 「It was a pleasant experience. I happened to be staying there when hurricane Sally hit. My room stayed fine. However, the lobby was damaged by the winds and rain, lost power and water. The staff and manager on hand were excellent. They didn’t act frazzled or anxious. They took care of matters and us guests. I really enjoyed the history of the hotel, too. 」
