This apartment has 300m2 serving large families, has play area and yard.

Exclusive apartment of 300m2, totally private.
Independent entrance, one part is ground floor another is underground, in the front there is a ramp, where you enter through the garage (three covered cars), with double electronic gate.
Integrated environments: full kitchen, 60 "TV room, with cable tv, dvds and wi-fi internet, card and domino table, pool table, aero-hockey, gym, dart game.
It has:
Three bathrooms without tub.
4 rooms with doors:
One double bed with window, one single bed and fan
A double bed, with window, a treliche and fan.
One double bed with window and fan
One double bed with window, one single bed and fan.
We have cot, feeding chair and baby bath.
In the back part, it has a backyard, portable barbecue, table, chess table, chairs and views to nature.
It is part of a house of 1. 000m2, divided into 4 independent aps.
Hosts Victor and Daiana and their children live on site on ap 04 which is also a privately owned and private entrance. This makes it easy for the guest to arrive at any time.
Full kitchen, electric kettle, rice cooker, microwave, electric oven.

The ap has windows and doors that circulate the air.
We provide bed linen, towels, blankets, beach chairs, cooler.
