- Unique place, quiet and surrounded by nature. You will wake up to the sounds of birds. The land has 850 m with exclusive access to Lagoa da Conceição (with boat ramp). It has a beautiful view of a totally unexplored mountain, worthy of a postcard. No neighbors, no car traffic, total privacy. At the same time you are just minutes from the busiest beaches: soft beach, Jurerê Internacional, Barra da Lagoa, Santinho and Ingleses. Uber is easy to catch
