Hotel was perfectly located outside ZTL, but only a short walk into the centre. Access and parking was great. Quiet and relaxing. Lovely place to unwind after a busy day discovering Florence

Staff were very helpful and friendly, fantastic environment very clean, elegant. It was so nice to go out all day to shop and explore Florence and come back to the pool. Have a drink by the pool and then go out for a nice dinner close by I have recommended this hotel to many friends. I’m looking forward to going back next year and staying longer. 🇮🇹💕

Hotel elegante e confortevole vicino al Giardino di Boboli. Struttura silenziosa molto pulita con servizi ottimi. In 30 minuti a piedi si raggiunge Piazza della Signoria con una passeggiata molto piacevole. Il parcheggio è molto piccolo e richiede una buona abilità di manovra ma il personale è gentilissimo e offre assistenza anche in questo. Se dovessi tornare a Firenze sceglierei di nuovo questa struttura.

It is a wonderful property, beautiful location of Florence. Hotel is in great condition, location is only fifteen minutes away from all the center attractions. We were so pleased with the staff members and especially Angela. She was extraordinary help to us, very professional and extremely kind person. If we go back to Florence, we are hundred percent sure that we will stay there again. Highly recommended place to stay.

Infernale Toilettenspülung

Eine sehr schöne Gegend mit vielen Bäumen. Frühstücksbuffet mit einer guten Auswahl. Leider ist die Schallisolation zu den Nachbarzimmern schrecklich. Wenn der Nachbar die Toilette benutzt hören sie es zuerst plätschern, dann zweimal plums, plums und schliesslich die infernale Toilettenspülung. Jede Nacht wurden wir mehrmals durch diese Spülung aus dem Schlaf gerissen. Sehr schade, wäre sonst ein schönes Hotel.

J’ai eu le sentiment que nous avions hérité de la plus mauvaise chambre. Environnement très bruyant, pas de rangements dans la chambre, aucun meuble pour ranger nos vêtements. Ils sont restés dans les valises, pas de quoi accrocher un vêtement ou serviette dans la salle de bain, et un petit déjeuner pauvre, avec un café qui avait le goût du brûlé tellement que la cafetière était resté sur la plaque … c’est probablement mon pire séjour dans un hôtel.
