Bad service

Really very very bad service I Tried to found the hotel around 11 clock in the night with my wife with my luggage but I didn’t found the location of the hotel so I call the hotel number and they answered me only with “why you call now in the night and they cut the call” Also the hotel didn't agree with me to refund my money back for this night. This hotel is the worse hotel I have seen in my life.

Sicuramente la pulizia della struttura e la comodità degli spazi. La struttura non è centralissima, devi fare un km a piedi per delle viette per arrivare in centro ma se si vuole spendere il giusto si può fare. Nei dintorni dell'hotel per arrivare in centro però non è molto gradevole, si attraversano zone con prevalenza di extracomunitari. Per il resto comunque una buona struttura!!!

정말 친절하신 호스트가 계신 곳!

-역에서 걸어서 13분 정도 거리 -역에서 멀지는 않지만 중심가 반대방향으로 이동 -주인아저씨가 매우 친절하시고 매우 긴 설명으로 주변 관광지와 슈퍼 등을 알려주심 -밤에 자다가 추워서 깸 -화장실에서 올라오는 약간의 하수구 냄새 -조식 없음 -역시나 화장실 샤워부스는 매우 작음

Luigi, excellent host. Gave couple of very good suggestions regarding our itinerary. He was jolly and expressed a friendly attitude. Room was spacious and washroom was clean. Very near to tram station and minibus stop. Excellent one night stay.

Le propriétaire est très gentil (et parle français!), il nous a permis de laisser nos bagages avant l'heure du check-in et nous a fourni des conseils sur les places à visiter et où manger. Le B&B est propre et possède une ambiance familiale. Bien placé, à quelques minutes de marche de la gare et du pont Vecchio. Très satisfaite!

Quiet place to stay

Watch out that there’s no cancellation allowed in the policy, think twice before booking it. I found out the location is not in the central of town less than 6-hours I booked the hotel, contacted Expedia immediately, Expedia’s great customer service was trying hard for me to cancel the booking, however the owner was very firm with the policy. Nice and helpful owner and staff no matter what, though the location was far for me as a tourist (20-mins walk in hot summer after long day of hitting the museums and shopping...), I wanted to pay more for a central location, however the situation wasn’t flexible. Nice comfy bed and quiet neighbourhood, close to a supermarket with fresh and yummy sushi that made my first night.

Abbiamo scelto questo B&B perché ben posizionato in Firenze e vicino alla stazione. Luigi il proprietario è una persona davvero a modo che ci ha aiutato molto per come muoverci (e mangiare) dentro firenze. La stanza è ottima, il bagno perfetto (c'è tutto il necessario, anche il phon) però la colazione non la fanno (però ti danno merendine succhi di frutta acqua.... utili per la giornata turistica). Se dovessi tornare a Firenze molto probabilmente tornerei qui, senza il bisogno di hotel a 3/4 stelle.
