New but bad hotel

Nice looking newly build/renovated hotel. Sadly we had a very bad stay. The hotel was sold out and we got a room on street level. The only window was next to the walkway and less that 2m from a road with heavy trafik. So you could not have a open window - and no AC! Half the room had no furniture and coffeemaker/kettle/glasses ect was not in the room. Extremely basic. Worst of all no sound insulation in the walls and doors so you could hear the next door person speaking in details. Breakfast was a circus’s no free tables, an overrun buffet and one two coffe makers. As a traveling business man doing 80-90 hotel night a year this was one of the worst ever - and a wast of money 160eur

Das Hotel kann man uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Eine neue und moderne Ausstattung, sehr nettes Personal und das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es war alles super.

Blev vækket kl 2 af en radiator der gik i selvsving inde på toilettet og det lød virkeligt som om en bankede hårdt på døren til toilettet, jeg stod op og fik skruet lidt på termostaten og den holdt op. Men 15 minutter senere var den gal igen.. og denne gang ustoppelig indtil kl 7.. jeg henvendte mig til personalet vedr en lille kompensation men blev afvist ved skranken. Der er selvfølgeligt ikke personalets skyld at det som skete, det skete.. men oplevelsen var bestemt ikke rar. Har det på video men kan desværre ikke vedhæfte den her.. det lyder voldsomt

Hvis man har det ok med ingen dør ved badeværelset, man sider for åben dør når man sidder på toilettet er det hotellet man skal vælge. Man skal også være obs. På loft højt i p-kælderen hvis man har automatisk bagagerum

Velbeliggende hotel i forhold til bytur og ankomst i bil. Hotellet er ikke færdig renoveret, ellers trænger det til finish, der er lidt huller i vægge, murværk på gang, der trænger til det sidste.. Rengøring er ikke optimal, med mindre det er ok at der ligger lidt tånegle på gulvet i badeværelset!! Morgenmaden er rigtig fin og lækker, gode råvarer og frisk. Der er en del støj fra vejen, hvis man bor ud til den..hvilket må forventes, da det er hovedvejen rundt om Flensborg, men vinduerne er godt isoleret. Receptionen har travle og bære præg af manglende rutine. Et hotel, der til prisen må siges at leve op til niveauet.
