Het huis is zoals op de foto's: rustig gelegen omringd door groen. Wat echter niet duidelijk staat vermeld, is dat de derde slaap- en badkamer helemaal separaat van de rest van het huis is. Dat betreft eigenlijk een soort studio die alleen buitenom te bereiken is, een verdieping lager ligt en geen airco heeft. Bovendien is de badkamer daar echt heel klein en simpel. De andere slaap- en badkamers zijn prima en staan op de foto's. Maar voor een gezin met twee kinderen vond ik dit een onhandige indeling. De aangekondigde "korte loopafstand" naar het centrum van Flayosc is ruim drie kwartier langs een weg waar men 80 rijdt, dus ook dat is even anders dan wordt gepresenteerd.
