「Obviously people come to Glenwood Springs for rest and relaxation. The hotel has signs asking guests to respect quiet family time between 10pm and 8am but management thought it would be a good idea to have landscapers using obnoxiously loud equipment from 7am right under our window. In addition the coffee shop was closed for 15 minutes while staff went somewhere for supplies at 8am, prime coffee drinking time. The hotel is ok, not great, but they definitely have a management problem in that...

「Arrived with owner telling us they cancelled our stay because our credit card didn't go through. After multiple calls to Expedia, realized the mistake was on their end. After trying multiple types of payment, we finally paid cash and they "found" us a room. This place is very outdated. The office has large taxidermy animals and the rooms are decorated from the 80s. The 2 good things I can say is that it is very conveniently located and cheap.」

「We were excited to stay at the bed and breakfast. Had an emergency and was hoping to postpone however owner didn't allow so we stayed for one night and lost money on the second night by leaving early. 「Nice clean hotel, exactly what you would expect from a Hampton/ Hilton property. Good breakfast and for the first time since the COVID started we received service for the room. On the not so nice side, you get charged $10 per parking, which was always free.
