"I was given a room with two double beds instead of the king bed that I reserved. I called the front desk to let them know and they said that they would fix it cans clap back to tell me my room number. They never called back."

"I was disappointed that the bed was not made, wet towels were not gathered and wastebaskets were not emptied. I did ask and the front desk said they are going to install disclaimers to that effect. Apparently you have to book for three or more nights, making a “once over” after ? days. It was not mentioned in the room description or amenities (or non amenities). Noises from other rooms did make its way through to my room… it’s NOT a deal breaker for me. The two night stay was expensive and I hope the price reflects the soccer event going on locally and not the rate usually charged. I do not swim so I did not use the pool. The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area were very attentive. As far as clean room, the room was clean when I got there. It was cool(a plus during a heat wave) but when I left I almost felt like I hadn’t taken care of the room…"
