「The hotel is a bit dated, but the outdoor garden areas are very nice. The check in staff was not particularly welcoming. Our main issue was that there was no room service at all unless you asked for it in advance but we were never told we needed to ask. At check-in we should have been asked if we want room service or at least be told we would have to ask to get it. Therefore we stayed 3 days with no room service despite paying $300 a night. The breakfast was little above the normal hotel free...

「It is a well maintained and managed old property. The Laurel doesn't have the amenities of modern hotels, but the location, the private balcony with an amazing view was worth the stay. The owner/operators are great folks.They were understaffed but the working staff were great, friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was very good. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive.」

「家族３人で利用。ナイアガラの滝からフィラデルフィアに帰る途中一泊するのに利用しました。共有部分、室内、バスルーム全て清潔で静かでした。浴槽付きでお湯の出も申し分ありません。朝食はハムと卵の出来たてが食べられここを選んで本当によかったです。」
