Downstairs features a light-filled open-plan living zone, modern kitchen, and a sunny private courtyard with BBQ, outdoor dining and that “must have” holiday vibe. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious master bedroom, two stylish bedrooms, two bathrooms (plus a powder room), and balconies off every room for those quiet moments with a coffee or a good book.

This property sleeps a maximum of 6 Adults, or a maximum of 7 guests including children.
There is an additional third toilet downstairs, as well as a laundry with a washing machine and clothes dryer in the garage. The garage has a “chill out zone” with games and toys perfect for the kids or teenagers to relax and hang out.
Please note that during peak periods and holidays, the high volume of visitors in the Port Stephens region may result in intermittent Wi-Fi connectivity.

Age limits please note we are unable to accommodate ‘schoolies’ or booking where guests are all under the age of 25.
No parties or events as we are situated in a residential building. Guest are expected to always abide by local noise regulations and the Code of Conduct for the Short-term rental accommodation industry. Terms and conditions apply.
Guest registration and identification is required prior to your arrival. All guests staying with Belle Property Escapes are required to complete and digitally sign a guest registration form. This process includes an agreement to adhere to our terms and conditions, along with the submission of valid photo identification, such as a copy of your driver's license or passport.
Additionally, during completing the online registration process, the primary guest is required to provide a comprehensive list containing the names and mobile numbers of all accompanying guests. Please be advised that access details for the day of your arrival will be withheld or subject to delay if your online guest registration with Belle Property Escapes remains incomplete.
Servicing of the accommodation is not provided during your stay. You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay, and we recommend organising a shopping trip to pick up any additional items you may require.
Payment for the booking warrants that you and your guests confirm that you will abide by the terms and conditions of your stay and have read and understood your obligations as a guest under the NSW Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation.
