This was 20mins walk away, but this was not made clear until after we had booked. Also the check in procedure for the parking was difficult. It took us an hour to get this done. "If you want a nice central stay, then this is one to consider. We had a couple of issues, which were resolved on the day. However, getting two bottles of sparkling water into the room seemed like a challenge, and being charged £16 for it felt like a lot, especially since they supplied only one bottle and charged for two, and the hotel already provides small bottles of still water. I was not expecting this to be charged, as I have experienced in other 5-star hotels."
