「Best thing about the room was the location. IMO, the description and photos were quite deceptive. The space was much smaller than depicted and the view of the bay could only be seen from the corner of the small bedroom. Also, the balcony was NOT usable at all. There was barely enough room to open the door and step out onto the ledge to see the bay much less have the option to sit for a while. More disappointing than that was the extremely loud AC unit. The air conditioner fan was so loud...

「Our experience was terrible. We were essentially left stranded with our two children. From the moment we arrived, the hotel had a strong smell of marijuana, making it completely unsuitable for families.
The room we were assigned did not match our reservation. It only had one bed and a regular couch, not a sofa bed, and they expected our 11-year-old son to sleep on it.
Both Expedia and we tried several times to contact the hotel, but it was impossible to get any assistance. The front desk staff...
