First, we arrive to the place and saw that the walls, areas of door handles and floors are dirty. No one swept or mopped before we arrived. Second, bedroom nearest to front door bed has a leg that was starting to come unloose. There were small roaches in the cabinet that held plates and cups in it and housekeeping never came once to clean the entire stay nor take trash out as we were directed not to take out trash ourselves. Lastly, in the listing, a washer and dryer were advertised and that was an amenities I prioritized when booking, and was highly disappointed when I saw an out of order sign on the washer and dryer in the unit.

Honestly nowhere close to the listing. Not sure why it’s listed as luxury when there was nothing luxury about it. The washer and dryer were out of order. The microwave was not clean. Stains all over the walls. Mold on some of the air-vents for a/c that my friend got sick from. Shower was grimy and not clean at all. Plenty of furniture broken upon arrival. No forks to use. Found 2 cockroaches. And to make matters worse, when brought up to the host they suggested us to move rooms and TOLD me that someone would contact me the next day as to when we could switch to only come to not reaching out to me until I said something the next night. I felt like there was no urgency or care for us and was very unhappy and disappointed with how we were treated. I would not recommend this to anyone

Location was excellent to walk over and visit Little Havana. Really nice warm pool. The air conditioning did not work and we roasted. There were no top sheets on the beds. Also no silverware. Because we had no air conditioning, we had the windows open and woke up to rosters noises. For the price, I had higher expectations. Great location, nice new kitchenette, nice shower, nice building.

Absolutely wonderful place!! 5 blocks walk to Calle Ocho and felt safe walking home at night. The host was so helpful and very kind!!

The location is waking distance to little Havana and the baseball stadium. It is not noisy. Hard to find street parking. The rooms is nice. Hard to find utensils. Window rolling blinds are some broken. Underneath beds and sofas are not vacuumed a long while. The shower floor edge is not clean. Otherwise okay place to stay.

Beautiful apartments 😍Close to the restaurants, shopping, the beach! Only thing we didn't like was the parking on the street, most of the time we were able to find a good spot not to far from apartment 🙃 Communication with host was great😃
