「Great spot, everything you need for a little getaway. Loved the wildlife, roos, ducks, frogs, birds, was lovely sitting on the front balcony watching and listening and chatting. Comfy beds, and loved the reclining lounge chairs. Everything you need in the kitchen and the shower was great. Was a little hard to to work out how to get out the back area, there some steps out the back on the right. Shops not far away, some lovely cafes and restaurants not far away and easy to get to.」

「We did not receive our “check in” instructions, call was answered quickly and we made our way in. Only one king size bed in the house not two as advertised. One queen bed, two double and two singles. Master bedroom had a light that could not be turned off at all during our stay. Fan in the living room was very dirty as was the return vent for the air conditioner. Used soap in the shower, on the floor with previous occupiers products. Shower screens also need a good clean. Wet bath mat...

「Neither smoke alarm worked, notified on the first day, was in the pantry because the other one was broken. After 7 days of not fixing we left the property. She left a note about a recent fire in the house, didn't tell us prior to arriving.The old desil heater (decomissioned) still has vents that let cold air in throughout the house. It was so cold that my toddler wet himself through his nappy to his cot and his hands and feet were blue in the morning. Toilets didn't flush great on the first day...

「Host was welcoming and friendly. The accommodation is not as described in the advertisement. It is part of the main house that has been closed off. The little fridge froze our food, no wine as per advertisement. Small and quite hot, no access to air conditioner to make it more comfortable.」

「We had a lovely stay at the Gum Tree hideaway. Communications were great from start to finish making everything stress free. The cabin was perfect, well presented and with super soft bed linen. The kitchenette was kitted out with all we needed and a highlight was a good BBQ. We travelled with our dog and he liked exploring the area around the cabin. It was very peaceful with the sound of Carnaby cockatoos over head. The perfect little get away. I would happily stay again. 」
