「Lovely cottage clean. And well maintained nothing was to much Trouble if you wanted to contact the owner.」

「Two adults stayed. Used both bedrooms. Very hot but able to open windows. Enjoyed the upstairs outside deck when we were there. Useful having washing machine. Plenty of street parking, but tight spaces & don’t rely on parking directly outside. Bathroom tiny but fit for purpose. Easy walk to beach front. Thank you 」

「Fantastic location, stunning sunrises and sunsets !」

「Christina has literally thought of everything you could possibly need on a break away. The cottage was very well stocked with essentials even down to a sewing kit, torches and umbrella. The biscuits and wine was very much appreciated after our long journey. The cottage was clean and very welcoming. The bed was comfortable and bathroom stocked with essentials too. Great base for seeing Suffolk. Do not hesitate to book this gem.」

「The cottage was beautiful, well equipped, comfy, cosy, well situated and an absolute gem! Go no further than Frinton Escapes! My first time and the cottage was ideal. Close to ALL amenities in a close, so quiet but everything on its doorstep. Great history behind it too. If you do t go, you will be the loser! 」

「We absolutely love Walnut Cottage. It is like a home from home, so cosy and comfortable. The owners and the caretaker are so lovely and helpful. The kitchen has everything we need. We love the fire and the garden and the cottage is beautiful. We always take our dogs and they love it too. Lots of nice walks locally, lots of shops nearby for food shopping and lovely places to visit. The road outside can be busy but inside we don’t notice and the cottage more than makes up for it. We would love...

「Beautiful property in a great location.」

「Absolutely beautiful cottage, couldn't have wished for more and Lou was an amazing host. Thank you Lou for making me feel so welcome. I will definitely be returning x」

「Had a lovely one night stay in the beautifully decorated and accessorised accommodation. Bed very comfortable, every comfort you could wish for provided. Peaceful, provided breakfast in patio garden when we saw a deer slowly walk through front garden. What a treat! Recommended!」

「A very cosy, comfortable place to stay to explore the surrounding area. Just a few minutes from beaches, local towns and historic places to explore. Lamb Barn had everything we needed for a week's stay and the owners were very helpful and approachable. As others have mentioned the noise from the road was the negative. Dog friendly with an enclosed garden and super dog bean bag that out wee dog loved.」

「Very nice quaint cottage everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed very comfy. The only downside for me was the very steep narrow stairs but were manageable. The owner was very nice and helpful lovely breakfast basket left in the kitchen with bacon eggs tomatoes bread butter and milk. A fire made in the grate just needed lighting. I had a very pleasant stay would definitely stay there again.」

「Toller Blick auf das Meer und dem Frachthafen Eine bessere Küchenausstattung und neue Duschbrausen wären nötig 」

「Nicely appointed little cottage. Very clean and warm in February. Owner very nice and accommodating」

「Lovely cottage near Saxmundham! Very cozy and plenty of space. We enjoyed the large tv, and off street parking. 」

「Lovely old cottage and we had a great time. There are a few things guests should be aware of. We didn't realise the opening to the bedroom upstairs was only 4 feet 2 height until after booking. We managed but others might not especially if you need to get up in the night- bathroom is downstairs. As 2 guests have to sleep in the annexe 2 keys to the main front door should be provided rather than having to wait for people in main house to get up. Annexe needs a WiFi booster. Plus a small welcome...
