Our space is designed with your comfort and relaxation in mind. Here’s what you can expect during your stay:

- Living Room**: A spacious and bright living area perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The room is equipped with comfortable seating, a large-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. Great for movie nights or relaxing with a book.

- Bedrooms**: Each bedroom is thoughtfully decorated to create a peaceful retreat. The beds are plush and cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Plenty of storage space is available for your belongings.

- Kitchen**: A fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the essentials. Whether you're cooking a full meal or just making coffee, you’ll have everything you need at your fingertips.

- Dining Area**: Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area provides a comfortable space for meals, with enough seating for all guests. Perfect for enjoying a home-cooked dinner or takeout from local restaurants.

- Bathrooms**: Clean and modern bathrooms stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You'll find all the amenities to make your stay comfortable.

We’ve provided everything you need for a stress-free stay, including high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry area, and parking.

Additional Guest Policy:
Our base rate covers up to 2 guests. For each additional guest beyond 2, there is an extra fee of $25 per person per night. Please ensure that the correct number of guests is included in your booking request. This helps us maintain the best experience for everyone.

General
- No Smoking:** Smoking is prohibited inside or near the property.
Please respect our smoke-free zone — no smoking within 25 feet of the building. A $200 fee will be charged for any violation.
- No Pets:** Pets are not allowed on the property.
- No Parties/Events:** Parties or events are strictly prohibited.
- **Maximum Occupancy:** The maximum number of guests is 6.

Tampering with cameras, Ethernet, electricity, locks, doors, or keys will result in a $500 fine and immediate termination of your stay.

Noise
- Quiet Hours:** Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Cleanliness
- Garbage Disposal:** Guests are required to take the outdoor garbage container to the roadside for city pickup.
- Household Waste (Garbage) Pickup:** Thursday
- Recycling Pickup (B Week):** Thursday
- Yard Waste Pickup:** Tuesday
- Large Limbs Pickup (A Week):** Tuesday
- Bulky Items Pickup (B Week):** Tuesday

Dishes:
Wash any dishes used before check-out.

- Condition:** Leave the property in the same condition you found it.

Safety
- There are security cameras on the Exterior of the home and alarm system in the home
- Locking Doors: Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.

- Fire Safety: Do not leave candles or open flames unattended. You can just familiarize yourself with the location of fire extinguishers. It is inside the cabinet

Additional Charges
- Damages: Any damage to the property or its contents will incur additional charges.
- Lost Keys: A fee of $50 will be charged for lost keys.

Amenities
- Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available. Network name: [to be provided before check-in].
- Parking: Park in the designated parking area for the unit. The packing area is filled with river rocks.

- Laundry: washer and dryer are in the kitchen area.

TVs: Every room has a Smart TV, but please bring your streaming account for access to services like Netflix, Hulu, etc.

Miscellaneous
No Smoking Policy
This is a strictly no-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed inside or anywhere near the home. Violations may result in a $500 fine or cancellation.

Camera Tampering
Tampering with security cameras is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your stay.

- Respect for Neighbors:** Please be considerate of our neighbors and avoid disruptive behavior.
No Parties Allowed
We value our neighbors and the peaceful environment of the property. Therefore, parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. If any guests are found to be hosting a party, they will be asked to leave the premises immediately, and no refunds will be issued. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a respectful atmosphere for all guests.

Everything went well during our stay. We had one minor hiccup when the power went out, but the host responded right away that it was an outage, and should be resolved shortly. Very responsive to our questions.
