I called twice to request an extra quilt or bedsheet from the room service team and once at reception, but despite staying for five nights, no one ever provided it. Additionally, it was very disappointing to find that the indoor pool is not available for children and the outdoor pool isn’t suitable for kids either. "Beautiful hotel. Perfect location on waterfront and short walking to all good food and drink spots in Puerto de la Cruz. Staff very helpful and nice. Roof top is great. Spa is okay but a bit basic. Only annoying thing you have to specify a double bed when booking which isn't obvious, otherwise they give you two singles"
