"Hotel was better than I thought lack of receptionist is the only problem however very nice overall"

"We loved the hotel and the facilities were really nice for families, it was big enough without being overwhelming. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. My husband hired a bike for the day and it was very reasonable and easy. I also enjoyed an amazing massage in our apartment. The pool was fantastic and plenty of space for all! Overall we had a great time and would highly recommend! "

"We loved our stay, our apartment had a lovely terrace with a hot tub, we also had access to a quieter pool. Staff we lovely, our meal there was delicious. Easy down hill walk to the sea/restaurants. Hopped into a taxi back as a big hill which cost between 5-7 euros. Also a 10 minute walk to Siam Park."

"This was the most incredible experience for me. The staff was very attentive and friendly and I felt at home. The restaurants are amazing and the view is just awesome. The staff is on it and your request are always taken into consideration. Specially the concierge team ( Gaida) was very helpful to me and made me feel the love. It was a truely remarkable experience. "Fantastic holiday. Complex clean, staff all friendly and plenty of restaurants within a max 20 min walk away. We stayed 12 days and didn’t eat at the same place twice. We managed the walk to los abrigos in 15 minutes with a 7&10 year old. We used taxis for beach days, water park and money world. Our 2 bedroom apartment was immaculate and plenty of space. 2 bathrooms, aircon throughout and a lovely sea view. Wouldn’t hesitate to return and already looking at next year! "
