「Our room was lovely, the bed was comfy. Lots of lighting and temperature options so we slept like a baby. The bathroom is shared with other guests, so as long as you have courteous fellows, it was a spacious, clean bathroom. We didn't spend much time in the large living area, but it was easy to check in and check out and lock ourroom door as each room has its own key. Thank you!」

「The stay was amazing when going to a Chicago Cubs game! Area felt safe which is a 5 star and just a few blocks from Wrigley Field and the dining options in the area were great as well! Will definitely come back here!」

"I booked a room with a view, but it was facing north and the neighboring building blocked the scenery, so I couldn’t enjoy the view. It would have been helpful if there had been a description, such as “facing the road,” in advance. I also doubted whether the room was properly cleaned. In the bathroom, a piece of toilet paper had fallen on the floor, but it remained there for four days. "

"街中にあるので動きやすかったです。ホテル周辺はレストランも多く、夜も賑やかですが、ホテルの部屋に入ると静かなので問題なかったです。無料で洗濯もできたので(洗剤は別に必要)長旅中助かりました。"
