"Dans l’ensemble ça semble correct quoique ils pourraient forcer un peu plus sur le ménage du tapis, les dessous de lits et des meubles dans la chambre parce que la poussière y trouve refuge ainsi des déchets de précédents clients. À part ce point, je n’ai rien de négatif à dire parce que l’hôtel est très bien situé et le petit déjeuner est fournit avec un service client quand même excellent. "

"Embassy suites Niagara Falls is a great hotel! With the wait times for the elevators, it was a great thing having staff help with the chaos to make sure everyone gets to the elevator! We had a partial view room initially but we got an upgrade to a full view on the 40th floor and it was amazing! I don't regret staying here, I will stay here again next time !!! First time in Canada and at Niagara Falls, best hotel!!!"

"This hotel was great for one night. Its a budget hotel so dont expect the Hilton or Marriot. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean, we stayed on the 3rd floor which was nice and quiet. The mattress was SUPER FIRM but i honestly loved it. All in all, we loved the location and convenience, would 100% stay here again for a short trip!"

"Great location with spacious room. Minimum amenities and extras but expected. Breakfast was very simple and not very tasty but staff worked extra hard to make it an enjoyable experience. Check in was not very friendly or welcoming but that was just the staff member assisting us. Checkout and every other interaction with staff was great!!! Good indoor and outdoor pool! "
