"What I didn’t like was the fact that I checked in having made a reservation a few weeks ahead. When I went in the room it smelled so strong of cleaner I didn’t think I could stand it and the tile was so wet thought I might slip down, but thought I would try. I decided to take my shoes off and my socks were soaking wet. The carpet must have just been cleaned , therefore the strong odor. I decided to call the front desk and the room telephone had no dial tone and wouldn’t work. So I went and was given a new room upstairs and unfortunately I had unpacked everything. So when I got upstairs my key card wouldn’t work so I ask the housekeeper to try and she couldn’t get me in , so I went down and got my card fixed. Then the next day the same thing happened. So it was not not the easiest check-in etc."

"Didn't seem to cool room quick enough the room we stayed in the floor was uneven to the point the drywall was cracked the door frame was pulling off and the tile was cracked the floor looks to be falling in reported it to maintenance"
