As soon as we checked in, I honestly wanted to check right back out. Our room was extremely hot, and the A/C did not work properly. It was actually colder in the hallway than it was inside our room. I will say that the young lady who assisted me at the front desk was very sweet and helpful, and I truly appreciated her kindness. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the hotel was very disappointing. The property is in serious need of renovation and updates. This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced, and I was honestly relieved when it was time to leave.

The hotel is somewhat dated and needs some TLC. The clerk at the desk had to go up and make sure our room had a working TV. The room was ok the phone was not connected, The desk chair was very worn and there wasn’t any shower gel or soap in the tub. The pillows were all soft and I had some problems with sleep. The dispensers were there but they were empty. The morning breakfast was decent. The seating was also worn. Upon checking out we learned that there had been a few storms that caused major damage. We also discovered that they are about to undergo major renovations and change branding. We did survive this holiday weekend. Overall it was the worst but not the best either.

Great location, good staff at the check in. Room was filthy - nail clipping on the carpet, left over food in the refrigerator, hair dryer inoperable. We check out after the first night. Luckily they refund the rest of the week.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was very accommodating and the complementary Breakfast was excellent. This will be a Hotel that I will visit again. And most of all, the cost was what it quoted it was, unlike all the others that I looked at.

This hotel is a great price and location. The staff was friendly. The lobby, our room and hallway was clean and smelled good. It’s a bit outdated. And didn’t give 5 stars because the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
