「We had such a great experience at this stay. From how communicative the host is to feasibility of check in/out, the stay was stress free and accommodating. The host provided concise instructions, great hospitality and timely responses to questions which made this trip that more enjoyable. Everything was very well put together in the stay, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. I’d highly recommend this stay and will definitely rebook with the host in the future!」

「The host was marvelous. She had the site set up nicely. It was clean. She had plenty of towels and wash clothes. Very well done A few complaints, some of the neighborhood residents were asking for money. That was annoying. The parking was difficult on some days. I expressed all of this to the host, and she said they are working on improvements.」

「Pictures and description were accurate. Owner very nice, but procedures could have been more forthcoming. Beds, pillows and towels were excellent. Window AC was below average in sweltering heat and not the best. Nice seating and tables, just small. When there was an issue, owner was on top of it. Overall positive stay. 2 BR cheaper than 2 hotel rooms. 」

「It was nice to have a clean, modern place to stay that is walking distance to Brookland, where my daughter lives. Hotels are not close to her so this was an excellent alternative. Modern appliances, great shower, and comfortable bed were a definite plus. The building and apartment are secure with codes locks. 」

「Pros: Check in & check out was easy. The apartment is right on a bus route to the National Mall/Smithsonian Museums, a 15 minute walk to the metro, 10 minute walk to a supermarket, and it's practically nextdoor to a restaurant. The location felt safe. The price was good. The kitchen came equipped with essentials. The on-site laundry wasn't overpriced (pro tip: bring quarters for laundry, it's coin-op.) The host provided linens, towels, and toiletries (and the towels were super soft & fluffy!)...

「Spacious and very nice accommodations with a thoughtful host. The kitchen and bathroom had some useful items available like coffee, coffee filters, soap and shampoo, which were pleasant to have available immediately. 「This house was very nice and clean. Everything was accessible and not hard to find. I thought it was going to be small and a little cramp as far as space wise, but it was actually very spacious. Pretty easy contact with the host. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. I would definitely book again!」

「I loved this property. I was staying in town for a conference at the Hilton (4 min walk). Gregg and his staff did an amazing job at making sure we had everything we needed. Including breakfast before we went to the conference. the food they served at the restaurant downstairs was superb! Great location! I would highly recommend staying here. I will be back!
