Its original features and charming atmosphere make it a sought-after venue for weddings and special occasions. The hotel's spacious and stylish rooms ensure a memorable stay, whether you're here for business, pleasure, or both. Dining & Events with a View Enjoy Brasserie-style dining at Drakes Restaurant and Bar, where afternoon teas and an exclusive wine list elevate your experience. The hotel features six fully equipped meeting rooms, with the largest accommodating up to 250 guests—perfect for corporate events, banquets, or wedding receptions, all set within elegant décor. Perfectly Placed for Exploring Located opposite Exeter Central Rail Station and just 5 miles from the M5, the hotel is ideally positioned for exploring. The University of Exeter is just 0.6 miles away, Crealy Adventure Park is 2 miles, and Dartmoor, Torquay, and local beaches are all within a short drive. Limited onsite parking is available for guests.
The property consists of multiple guesthouses Type homes are divided into categories. Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. The arrangement of beds (sleeping places, separate beds or double beds) depends on the owner and cannot be determined beforehand. For your peace of mind and to cover any unforeseen damages, we kindly request a security deposit. This process is seamlessly managed through the Airbnb Resolution Centre, independent of our company. The deposit amount is tailored to the duration of your stay, seasonal considerations, and the size of your party. We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. We embrace the spirit of community and shared experiences; however, our property must be enjoyed with respect and consideration for others. We strictly prohibit parties or disruptive behaviour. To maintain this standard, we've installed noise and heat sensors to detect any unauthorized gatherings or additional guests. Should these alarms be triggered, our security team will intervene, and it may impact your security deposit. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 6:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.

Clean room, tons of space, friendly staff, great location, no complaints at all. Only area of improvement is the parking situation, both how limited it is (understandable due to the area) and the fact it is chargeable, outside of that an outstanding hotel which we will definitely visit again.
