"Greeted warmly at check in. Friendly staff, clean rooms, about a 15 min walk from central station with a bit of a hill on cobblestone so if you have a lot of luggage, not too easy. Walk to the old town wasn’t bad, about 20 min. Quiet street slightly off the main road. We took an uber to the airport for 29 euro with all our luggage. Would stay here again."

"I was initially given the wrong room, and it took over 3 hours of arguments and repeated follow-up calls before I was finally moved to the room I had actually booked. I booked a room with bath and I was given a room without bath because the correct room was not ready. Despite raising a complaint, the property treated the situation as though it was perfectly acceptable simply because the correct room was eventually provided in the end. Pathetic customer service"
