「Received a key from the reception for my room to check in, went to the room, and there was somebody else in the room. Went back to the reception, waited another 30 mins for them to figure out which room is available. No apologies. Terrible experience. 」

「Lovely comfortable and spacious Alpine cabins with 2nd bedroom and bathroom on mezzanine level, situated in beautiful foothills of the Vosges massif surrounded by pine forest. Really good and reasonably priced restaurant as well - lovely sitting on the terrace on a warm summer evening - thank you for a fantastic stay!」
