An easy 10 minute walk from the train station and very close to the town centre, it came with a very pleasant welcome from Harold on reception (a credit to the hotel speaking excellent English for a self-taught Cote d'Ivoirian!) An excellent modern room with the benefit of a kitchen area in a safe, quiet and very comfortable at a good price

The staff were helpful & friendly and seemed to appreciate the few greetings I which I could give in French. The location was very central. I was grateful to have rooms in the back part of the hotel for both of my stays

A decent pitstop in Mulhouse

Good central location. The staff was very friendly and welcoming! Spacious room with a comfy bed. The breakfast was also okay. The garage was extremely difficult to get into, so would only recommend parking there if you have a smaller vehicle.

What a gem!

A real find! Clean, spacious room. Lift. Good value breakfast (€11). Helpful staff. Not just kettle and coffee-maker, but microwave, hob with two rings, and fridge (plus crockery and basic utensils). NB Shower is in the bath.

A good hotel for a short stay. Clean, quiet (although we were way up in the 5th floor, so no street noise), and comfortable rooms. The reception is closed in the middle of the day which makes it difficult to leave your luggage if you need that. It was nice to be close to the train station.

Top Location

Top location. Lady on reception was very friendly and helpful . Even issued me a parking slot , in underground parking. So motorcycle was safe , thanks for that. Only things is , you need to wash all plates and cutlery , basically if you using kitchen you need to left it cleans it was . otherwise they will charge you 40 euros.

discovered many flaws in this outdated hotel room. bed too hard, bathroom with bath but no possibility to take bath, the hose too short for a 181cm person, breakfast absolutely basic. So , price wise not too happy. Staff was very helpful and friendly

Perfectly pleasant place which is well located.

Perfectly pleasant place which is well located near the station, It is handy for the tram to take you to the train musuem or the Car museum. We had the breakfast, which was was perfectly adequate buffet. The staff, particulary Harold who checked us in on the evening we arrived.were very helpful, and English was widely spokenThe room was pretty basic, a little tired, but clean with enough space for the 3 single blokes that made up our party but it could have used some decent sized glasses. No English channels on the TV. There are several reasonable restaurants situated close by as well as a carrefour local corner shop which is well stocked. No great issues at all, it's a cheap basic place.

Pictures a bit misleading, but still good value

Our apartment was definitely a lot more dated than the one shown in the Hotels.com pictures, so that’s a bit misleading. Second room with the bunk bed actually had no window for example. However, for an overnight stop to accommodate five people I think the ResidHotel still offers good value. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The lad at reception could not have been more helpful, and the location is pretty good. We also used their secure onsite parking.

Ok stay, but it’s in need of updating

The apartment we stayed in had plenty of space. However, it was in much need of updates. It’s very old. Many of the lamps were half missing. The floor was stained everywhere. The staff and location are great. If you use the parking garage, beware! It’s very difficult to get out if you have a larger vehicle

Location and staff were good. Had to walk through a very dark parking area to get to hallway where room was located. The room was quite old looking but seemed clean enough. We had to purchase coffee, which would have been fine, however the electrical outlet in the kitchen didn’t work and when we moved the coffee maker to a different spot…the only bedside table, it would not actually make a cup of coffee. The heater in the bathroom would not create any heat, and the shower was only handheld.

I hope they fix this up a little

The location was amazing. The parking is limited so make sure to book asap. $10. The AC was great. . Tv was good. The bad.. the elevator was broke and we were on the 5th floor. They offered no discount or even free coffee.. we were told our room was ready 3 times and after walking up 87 steps up we find out its not. Down up down up.The laundry listed is in a basment dungeon that is wet and dark. It costs 4$. The check in time was listed at 4 but it was closer to 5. The shower is beat up and you have to hold up the hose to get your head.

I recommend and would stay there again

Apartment is great size for two. Main living area. TV, sofa bed, desk/dressing table, coffee table, dining table and four chairs. Kitchen area - well equipped - large fridge, kettle, coffee machine (pods at reception for 50 cents) microwave, dishwasher, crockery, utensils etc. Toilet and bathroom- toilet separate to the bathroom which was good. A good sized cupboard under the sink and a mirror with good lighting. Plenty of towels. Bedroom - TV, comfortable and clean. Two large wardrobes with hangers. One in living area, one in a separate dressing room with a chair and plenty of room for suitcases. Decor is dated, but the room was quiet and cool (often too cool but would be ideal in the summer). Plenty of sockets and lights. Reception staff - friendly and welcoming. Excellent location - close to trains, trams and centre. Negatives - the shower, over the bath, had a good shower head and plenty of hot water, but no bracket on the wall so you could not shower with your hands free. The bath did not have a plug so you couldn’t use the bath as a bath. The bathroom was quite cold and the heater in the bathroom didn’t work. The heater in the living room was out of use. Only useable heater was in the bedroom. The heat didn’t spread well to the other rooms so you’d end up with a hot bedroom and cold elsewhere. The only usable mirror was in bathroom. There is one at the entrance but there is no light. I recommend and would stay there again.
