「ホテルは、言い分なしの快適さです。ウエルカムドリンクをテラスで頂きました。スパ、サウナも完備。プールもあったが、水着を持って行ってなくて、残念でした。気持ちよさそうでした。レストランは、注文後１時間半経ってやっと前菜。。。。。食べ終わることが出来たのが、３時間近くかかった。まあ、仕方ないかとあきらめてましたが。ホテル自体が良いだけに非常に残念でした。」

「If you are traveling anywhere near this hotel, I would highly recommend it to anyone. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the bar and restaurant were some of the best we experienced all over Italy. The staff were beyond friendly and welcoming. 「This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The food is amazing and its never ending if that’s what you like. The service is first class and the staff are wonderful: We are from Australia and the only “English” speaking visitors , however, this was not a problem for us as the staff all spoke English. 「An excellent option just a few minutes from Bolzano, this is a beautiful, modern hotel with great amenities. We stayed in the Jasmine Suite, which was huge. Everything was thoughtfully done and very clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious and high quality, with lots of variety. We also ate dinner at the restaurant and it was one of the best meals in our travels through Italy (no joke, I was surprised too).
