"We had a wonderful stay at this property. Well located, spacious room with a comfortable bed. The staff were both friendly and helpful, and promptly addressed any questions or concerns that arose. The location is perfect, with a lovely view of the São Bento Palace and the city center is easily accessible although we found the dining options to be plentiful in the area. We would certainly recommend this place."

"Everything was great on this apartment, location, clean and safe. The only thing I was not happy with is that I had to chase the management to get the check in information as less than 24 hours from my stay I was still on the limbo on what I needed to do."
