"Went there for the Ascension week end. Really affordable and well situated hotel. Surprising at start to have a "no human presence " hotel where everything is done with codes (one for the main entry, one for your room) to open doors that were given to me in advance. I arrived earlier than the normal check in and I just called the number on the display outside, and i was delighted to get directly the codes I needed and that my room was already ready. The breakfast is actually amazing for this...

"The lock to my apartment was temperamental so it was perfectly possible for someone to enter without a keycard. I reported this Tuesday morning, was promised it would be fixed that day and had to leave my belongings accessible. It did not get fixed until Weds evening. When I explained I was not comfortable sleeping in an apartment accessible to anyone I was told they could not move me as it was full and that the inside lock would work fine (not that I could test that). I was also told it was ‘unlikely someone would take my belongings while I was out’. The staff were polite but that situation should have been dealt with on the same day."
