The hotel is in an excellent location. You get breakfast and if you have a car you can park it in their garage for a fee. Staff is very helpful and nice. Our room was a little small. I recommend this hotel.

Great Choice For Cascais!!

Great location and I had a fantastic room with a terrace and lovely views. Pre-arrival comms via email were good. Breakfast also good.Highly recommended!

Good place in Cascais

Perfect location, the hotel is clean and the front desk folk are friendly and helpful. The twin bed room was a tad on the small side but comfortable with good closet space. The only 1/2 negative was the breakfast: not too much to choose from and no variety day to day, but good enough and the coffee was very good. Would stay again.

The hotel is placed in a busy area if you enjoy that type of scene. I did very much! Easily accessible and close to dining, shopping, train, etc! The did advertise laundry services at the hotel which is false, no laundry available.

Recommended!

Hotel smelled fresh when we entered. The receptionist was extremely helpful on arrival too. Our room, whilst small, was perfect and very clean. The only quibble was that slightly dodgy wiring meant the electricity was a bit off (had to fiddle to get it working in room 102). The breakfast was ok but pretty basic.

Everything about the hotel was great including the location. The only downfall was that we put the air conditioning on the coldest setting (16 degrees) and it switched back to the higher (21 degrees) setting 3 times during the night so we had interrupted sleep those 3 times. We ended up opening the balcony door to get some fresh air in as well. Other then that the breakfast and the staff were wonderful.

Good except for room temperature control.

The hotel was very clean, but we could not lower the temperature and make the room as cool as we wanted. We had to open the window at night in order to make the room cooler. If the weather at night had been hotter, it would have been a problem. The temperature is regulated by the hotel.

Rent och fräscht hotell, dock så saknade sängarna bäddmadrasser och hade någon form av skyddslakan som var obekvämt och varmt. Frukosten var okej, men påfyllning av maten var under all kritik. Personalen var fantastiskt trevliga och tillmötesgående

The staff all speak English, which were fantastic for me. I also speak Spanish, but that was super nice and they had great advice as to where to go for things that I wanted to see. This area is so so nice. There are restaurants all over there are beaches close by that are beautiful and the vibe is very upbeat.

The hotel is set in a lovely quiet street making it ideal for peaceful relaxation. The breakfast is well set out and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel is also accessible for anyone with limited mobility. Overall we would recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay in Cascais.

This hotel could be incredible. The location is exactly where you want to be. Little improvements would make it 5 stars. Mainly the bugs in the bathroom and the shower would not drain. I notified the front desk and the shower wasn’t fixed and after a cleaning the bugs were back. It was also incredibly hot and a little fan would help tremendously.
