「Close to beach and restaurant, one parking space provided other wise you would have to pay for parking by the day off site, close enough to beach so you could walk and carry what you need for the beach such as towels chair umbrella. Actually unless there was some place specifically you wanted to go you did not need your car once you are there, now there are restaurants in the area you may want to try that you need a car, but never had to worry about a parking space when you return, also close to...

「We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Playa. The office staff were great. We happened to be there while beach restoration was going on so there was a lot of noise, but we loved being able to wake up every morning and walk out to the beach. We had the beach pretty much to ourselves. We would definitely stay again!」
