Really beautifully designed interior whilst respecting the heritage of the building, excellent bar, very friendly staff. All of this right on the doorstep of a national park with a lake to swim in. Less wonderful was the member of staff who checked us in, who was stressed and rude and neglected to tell us how to get to our rooms, was snarky when we came back to ask for directions, and only gave us one keycard which turned out not work when we finally reached our room."
