"Really loved the hotel, its location and the staff. The rooms are clean but I wouldn't class them as sparkling, the bathroom had a muted but bad smell from plumbing , there were no slippers in the rooms and only 1 set of towels. Beds are very small but comfortable however, found the mattress is too soft and the rooms are starting to show their age (scratches on the flooring, wobbling chairs and tables etc.) Breakfast is fantastic, has a great selection, and the staff do a great job to restock the food. The roof top bar is probably the most upscale bar in the city."

"The staff were super friendly and helpful, we had a wonderful stay. Our only complaint would be that the balcony doors and glass railing for the balcony were extremely dirty and needed cleaning."
