「Basic a」

「Michelle at the front desk was fantastic, we had a small issue with our room and she moved us to an upgraded suite, recommended a great restaurant nearby and was such a nice person.」

「This is the second stay in this hotel in a period of 2-3 month were the elevator isn't working.」

「Newer hotel. Clean, no foul smells, quiet. Great value. Safe neighborhood, which was a concern for me. Maybe I shouldn't have made it a consideration and could have stayed more in the city, but NO worries here.」

「Staff was very helpful」

「The room was clean but it is old and out dated. I woke up a little stuffy so the AC may need cleaning. My pillows were flat with no puff and they were still put on the bed. I had to ask for 2 more pillows. I’ve stayed here before because there are only a few hotels in that area. Every time it’s the same. Young lady at the front desk was helpful. I didn’t try the breakfast or the pool」
