「Habitación minúscula. Limpio y bien, pero super justo, casi no hay espacio para maletas o alguna otra cosa」

「三ツ星ホテルにしては部屋のアメニティや設備は整っていたと思います。 掃除も行き届いていて申し分ないです。 朝食は普通。 ただ立地が良いとは言えない。何故なら周辺には何も無く、レストランを探すのに大変苦労した。 車無しでは不可能の立地。 」

「Chaleur extrême en début de saison, mais nos hôtes, Christian et Chantal ont des installations tellement extraordinaires (ac, piscine, etc) que nous nous sommes immédiatement sentis à l'aise et confortables. Les déjeuners sont généreux et sont précieux, puisque nos amis hôtes prennent le temps de nous conseiller. C'est réellememt un 11/10, pour quiconque veut explorer cette magnifique région. Merci Christian et Chantal」

「Magnifique résidence que le domaine des Badines. Nous avions réservé au Châtillon mais en travaux donc surclassé à la Badine mais également en travaux. Pas plus gênant que ça, la responsable nous a reçu avec sourire et gentillesse, la piscine était accessible et notre chambre était parfaite. Le seul petit reproche concerne le tarif des petits déjeuners, trop élevé selon nous.La prestation n'était ne valait pas ce prix. Très beau lieu. A réserver sans hésitation.」

「L’hôtel est très agréable et bénéficie d’un très bel emplacement au cœur des vignes. Le cadre est magnifique, particulièrement calme et reposant, idéal pour se détendre et profiter pleinement de son séjour. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette atmosphère paisible et la beauté des environs. Un petit point pourrait toutefois être amélioré : la salle de bain, bien que jolie et épurée, est assez minimaliste et manque un peu de rangements. L’ajout d’un petit meuble, d’une étagère ou d’un espace...

「We had a lovely, relaxing stay at Domaine Jean-Got. The hosts were very friendly, spoke good English, and the check-in smooth. The domaine is close to the river and the small town of Branne, well located to get to Saint Emilion and a few other nice villages. Most of all though we just enjoyed relaxing on site on the terrace and pool. We also loved the miniature donkeys! Just so you know when booking, the jacuzzi and sauna are not included and cost an extra €75 per session.」

However, they DID cancel without telling me despite I already paid for two days!!!Also they accepted with other customers to my room!! Then, they said that you should pay once again if you want to stay today! For worse condition room!!! I explained my situation and complained them...but they never paid back money!!! Also my friend stayed at this hotel. A cleaning person put all her food she brought her...
