"We had a wonderful time - nice place, great location. The checkin email they sent was confusing - the phone number they provided took me to Vail instead of Kirkwood, and the email said there wouldn't be anyone staffing the front desk, but there was (thankfully) - because that is how we had to get the entry code. The people at Kirkwood lodge mentioned that others have raised the confusion. Only other feedback was there were certain things missing from the kitchen like scissors, or bigger mugs...

"The location for a ski weekend at Heavenly was excellent - steps away from Heavenly village and the gondola that takes you to the ski resort. We had a hiccup with our dishwasher in the villa not working, but was resolved by the hotel. Loren was very responsive leading up to and during the stay. "

"It is fake. VRBO did not check owners and property. Anyone can list anything. :(The reservation was not found by the property staff. The host did not respond, the provided phone is Easyrider Insurance Agency, Jim (James). When I connected to VRBO, they told me that the property was overbooked.
