「Really nice room in a nice neighbourhood. Even though I stayed on a Friday night, there wasn't much noise after midnight. I stayed during a heatwave and the air condition was amazing! The water pressure in the shower was perfect too! If I go ever go to Bilbao again, I will try to stay here.」

「エレベーターはない（車椅子の方用のエレベーターはある）、部屋番号のつけ方がちょっと変わっていて、１０〇と２０〇が同じ階だったりする。泊まった部屋は浴槽があったが半身浴サイズ。大柄な人だと半身浴も難しいだろう。Ｗｉｆｉや湯の出、暖房の効きなどはよかった。」
