「Clean room,great staff,good entertainment and lovely beer garden」

「Very friendly staff and very helpful. The rooms were lovely and clean, well-maintained and plenty of tea/coffee in the rooms! The food in the bar/restaurant was very good with plenty of choice. Breakfast was fine - could have done with more choice of pastries, vut the bacon roll was delicious!!」

「We had a very warm welcome from the friendly staff and were shown to the room which was clean and bright. The food that evening was excellent, and as it was a warm evening we spent a pleasant time sitting outside with our drinks afterwards. Continental breakfast was served promptly at 8 am and the addition of fresh strawberries and blueberries was a definite plus! Check in / check out was swift and efficient. 「When we arrived, with luggage in tow, there was a sign to say push the “Ring” button at the back door to alert reception we were wanting to book in. No answer so I had to go in through the bar. The barman told the chap from reception that we had arrived. Upon checking in I asked if I could have 2 entry key cards, twice! Only received one. He seemed reluctant. 「このホテルの建物はかはり古く、歴史的な意味があるのだと思いますが、メインテナンスが適切になされているとは言えないと思います。床にはデコボコがかなりあり、バスルームの床はビニールコーティングされていましたが、大きなヒビか1箇所以上ありました。バスタブも全体的に水垢がある状態でしたし、バスタブの蛇口からバスタブの底にかけて水漏れの跡なのか、何なのかわかりませんが、青いシミ？カビ？が枯れた滝の跡のようにバスタブにこびりついていました。窓の外も建物のバックヤードのようなひどい景色でしたので、外が明るくてもカーテンを閉めていました。 フロント担当の若い男性が親切で、チェックインとチェックアウト時に重い荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくださったのが救いでした。 宿泊施設にはもう少し清潔感があるべきだと思いますので、あまりおすすめできる施設とは言えないとます。」

「The hotel is nice for a short stay however could do with a few upgrades but generally well maintained. When we arrived we had a very warm welcome and throughout the stay our 2 dogs were made to feel relaxed and happy. The shower in the room was so small you struggled to move about and the shower gel provided even though smelt lovely was obviously watered down.
