"Ocean view was unparalleled! Felt like we were in a commercial! The rooms were extremely clean for our entire stay-as was everything else at the hotel. The best part was the staff!! They were so friendly, happy, and accomodating we couldnt have asked for more-and we noticed that even when backs were turned, they remained pleasant, helpful of each other, etc. They truly WERE the face they presented to the guests! They are what made the beauty and amenities of the hotel really stand put for us!"

"Nice location and pool. Restaurant was nice with a good wait staff. But both nights of our stay we were awoke at 2:00 in the morning by loud music that continued most of the night. The second night we complained but they seemed unable to get the partiers to stop. The sound travels very easier because of the structure of the building. I realize people are there for vacation but it shouldn't be at the expense of others enjoying their vacation."

"It is definitely family friendly but don't forget water shoes for the kids as the area around the kids pool was quite slippery. I wish the drinks were a little more consistent and that they cleaned up the glasses around the pool area more. We stayed around the activities pool so I can only speak on that. The Asian restaurant (Silk) was awesome, the Italian (Amalfi) was also very good but La Pergola (Mexican) was terrible. Nice omelet station at the buffet. Snack bar (La Bamba) was very good and there's an ice cream stand as well. It is a time share resort but we were only approached when we arrived and they respected that we were not interested. And I loved that there was laundry available for 120 pesos per load including soap. Didn't have to bring home wet clothes!"
