"I chose this hotel because of proximity to the airport. They have a shuttle running to and from the El Dorado every 30 minutes. Finding their shuttle was easy as they emailed instructions on how to get to the shuttle section at the airport. They also keep staff at the airport to provide information and guide you to the right property. Habitel has two different hotels close to the airport in Bogota. I liked the fact that their staff wears yellow jackets easy to spot at the shuttle section. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the front desk staff was welcoming. "

"The location is great if you need to be near embassy. The pillows are super uncomfortable. I asked if they had any pillows that were lower as the ones they give you are stiff and high, definitely not hotel-grade. They said they only have one style of pillow in the entire building. Disappointing. Difficulty sleeping. The towels are super old, worn and rough, not hotel-grade. It was too expensive for the poor experience."
